The Cville Tool Library is committed to building skills and resiliency in our community. Our goal is to offer accessible, hands-on workshops throughout the year to teach people how to use tools safely to tackle their projects. Whether it’s understanding the basics of home plumbing and electrical systems, renovation, construction, garden, or woodworking projects, learning what tools to use and how to use them can be intimidating. Our workshops are designed to overcome hesitation, build confidence, answer common questions, and encourage people to DIY.
If you have a skill that you would like to share in one of these workshops — let’s talk! Start by providing information in the form below, and we’ll be in touch to learn more and get a workshop scheduled. The tool library handles promotion and registration for the workshops, purchases materials needed, and provides administrative support to ensure that the workshop runs smoothly.
